VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

The relationship between the USER and Juan Carlos Félix Pérez shall be governed by current Mexican law, specifically that of Baja California. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the competent courts according to law in the aforementioned state.
